Singularities of training personnel in the family economics and family business at the current stage of development of market relations

    Get PDF
Transition of Russia to the development of market relations turned out to be an incentive motive for developing the basic concepts of the family economics and family business, a discovery of the opportunity for many Russian citizens to be engaged in entrepreneurship, which has formerly been inaccessible for them. The modern changes taking place in Russia and abroad raise new requirements for training the youths, for conscious active participation in various spheres of the socio-economic life of the society, in development of family businesses, and improvement of their efficiency. It should be noted that the problems of professional training of young people at higher education institutions as members of households in participation in the family business, formation of qualities of a future entrepreneur, and the entrepreneurial activity in the family business are actively considered and implemented in developed countries, while Russia does not virtually take part in this process. The main cause of failure in the family business is lack of competence, skills, and leadership qualities, as well as a set of competences needed for a successful business. © 2015 Canadian Center of Science and Education. Observation of Stochastic Resonance in Percolative Josephson Media

    Get PDF
Measurements of the electrical response of granular Sn-Ge thin films below the superconducting transition temperature are reported. The addition of an external noise to the magnetic field applied to the sample is found to increase the sample voltage response to a small externally applied ac signal. The gain coefficient for this signal and the signal-to-noise ratio display clear maxima at particular noise levels. We interpret these observations as a stochastic resonance in the percolative Josephson media which occurs close to the percolation threshold.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figure

A Relation Between the Flow Density and Flame Length in the Work Space of the Bath Smelting Furnace

    Get PDF
The article provides mathematical modelling results of radiation flow formation in the work space of the smelting (glassmaking, open-hearth) furnace with different heating patterns and flow distribution over the surface of the bath and enclosing structures. A significant influence of the flame length upon technical and economic parameters of furnace operation was found out. Keywords: bath smelting furnace, glass-melting furnace, mathematical modelling, flame length, radiation flows, temperature fiel

Dynamics of the penetration boundaries of solar protons during a strong magnetic storm

    Get PDF
The variations in the equatorial penetration boundary of solar protons with E sub p = 0.9 to 8.0 MeV during a strong magnetic storm of April 3 to 5, were analyzed. The dynamics of this boundary is compared with the dynamics of the outer trapping boundary of electrons with E sub e = - 0.3 to 0.6 MeV. The solar-proton penetration and the structure of the real magnetic field are studied. The unique data on the thin structure of development of a magnetospheric substorm were obtained for the first time

Development of crowding-in as an alternative form of small and mediumsized businesses financing: foreign experience and Russian practice

    Get PDF
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of legal and economic measures aimed at state support for small and medium-sized businesses in order for them to obtain an alternative source of financing using crowdinvesting platforms, and a consimilar foreign experience research. Based on statistical data, conclusions on the crowdinvesting platforms sector’s development and its interaction with small and medium-sized businesses are presented. Within the frameworks of the article, the emphasis is placed on a detailed study of foreign experience in the providing an alternative funding source. The advantages and disadvantages of this method in the Russian context have been shown. The study involved an analysis and synthesis of domestic and foreign anti-crisis measures

The work is focused on usage of genetic algorithms to get more precise approximation of complex and essentially nonlinear dynamic relationships. The algorithms precision was measured based on the model of stock market index prediction

Thermal and Physical Properties of Methane Family Hydrocarbon and Oxygen Combustion Products in State-of-the-Art Arc Steel Furnace

The work deals with the particular combustion characteristics of methane family hydrocarbons (methane, ethane, propane, butane) and wet natural gas with process oxygen at carbon dioxide and water steam dissociation in a state-of-the-art arc steelmaking furnace. An algorithm is developed to calculate chemistry, the amount and concentration of combustion products at carbon dioxide and hydrogen dissociation, their physical and thermophysical parameters; heating power, balance and actual temperature, heat and pyrometric factors are evaluated considering heat transfer by radiation into unbounded medium. Based on the calculation results the recommendations are given for development of cold charge material heating conditions in order to minimize dusting, carbon oxide and hydrogen and charge material loss. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

Modified hybrid genetic algorithm of discreet optimization problems

    Get PDF
The goal objective is to improve the efficiency of solving discrete optimization problems. The proposed method refers to the “fast” methods and was named the “Local genetic method”. The peculiarity of this method is that the chromosomes do not encode the whole solution, but only a small part of the plan. Therefore, the method allows us introducing unary and binary operations that take into account the specific nature of the problem. The important feature of the method is the non-deterministic nature of the computation, which is due to the internal parallelism of computations and is expressed in the asynchronous action of various local strategies. In terms of speed, the proposed method in a number of experiments outperformed the traditional algorithm by more than 10 times and always found the best solution. The nature of the approximation to the optimum for these algorithms remained unchanged when solving any test cases

Functional Microdomains in Heart’s Pacemaker: A Step Beyond Classical Electrophysiology and Remodeling

    Get PDF
Spontaneous beating of the sinoatrial node (SAN), the primary pacemaker of the heart, is initiated, sustained, and regulated by a complex system that integrates ion channels and transporters on the cell membrane surface (often referred to as “membrane clock”) with subcellular calcium handling machinery (by parity of reasoning referred to as an intracellular “Ca2+ clock”). Stable, rhythmic beating of the SAN is ensured by a rigorous synchronization between these two clocks highlighted in the coupled-clock system concept of SAN timekeeping. The emerging results demonstrate that such synchronization of the complex pacemaking machinery at the cellular level depends on tightly regulated spatiotemporal signals which are restricted to precise sub-cellular microdomains and associated with discrete clusters of different ion channels, transporters, and regulatory receptors. It has recently become evident that within the microdomains, various proteins form an interacting network and work together as a part of a macromolecular signaling complex. These protein–protein interactions are tightly controlled and regulated by a variety of neurohormonal signaling pathways and the diversity of cellular responses achieved with a limited pool of second messengers is made possible through the organization of essential signal components in particular microdomains. In this review, we highlight the emerging understanding of the functionality of distinct subcellular microdomains in SAN myocytes and their functional role in the accumulation and neurohormonal regulation of proteins involved in cardiac pacemaking. We also demonstrate how changes in scaffolding proteins may lead to microdomain-targeted remodeling and regulation of pacemaker proteins contributing to SAN dysfunction

The review (typology) of small and medium-sized business in Russia and abroad

    Get PDF
The article examines the problem of classification of small and medium-sized business in Russia, which is relevant due to the increase in state support for them, in order to increase the targeting of the support provided. The article also discusses the development of small and medium-sized business in Russia since the end of the previous century, its gradually changing legislative regulation and comparison of criteria for classification of small and medium-sized business in Russia and foreign countries. In addition, the question is raised about small and medium-sized business falling out of the official classification, while, by their nature of activity, do not cease to be such and possible causes of this phenomenon. In order to resolve controversial issues of classification, some assumptions and possible ways to solve are put forward in the article on the basis of the conducted research that can eliminate gaps in legislation. Within the framework of writing this article, such scientific research methods were used as analysis and generalization of domestic and foreign anti-crisis measures
